Buying from me

Keepsakes delivery time is 2-3 weeks from receiving items from you. Due to the nature of the products, there needs to be more communication with clients. Please email info@gemsboutique.online if you have questions regarding our equestrian keepsake range
For UK shipping we use Royal Mail 2nd class signed for or Parcel Force.
Orders outside the UK will need to place an order via email, once postage has been agreed

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Returns or exchanges are not available as all products are bespoke and made to order. They will only be considered in the event of a fault with the product
